Cranmer Consultancy Welcomes You



I am a health economist specializing in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). I provide strategic and technical expertise for HEOR projects, including supporting the development of materials suitable for submission to reimbursement agencies. 

I have over 10-years experience working as a health economist in consultancy and industry. Experience includes developing global and country-specific economic models, systematic and targeted literature reviews, early scientific advice, objection handlers, landscape assessments, access strategy and feasibility assessments. I have sat on the NMG Committee (part of the Welsh Health Technology Assessment) as an ABPI representative and have represented pharmaceutical companies at NICE and SMC Committee meetings. 



Economic Value Communication

Development or review of technical reports, user guides, HTA dossiers and manuscripts.

Economic Modelling

Analysis of data for inclusion within the model (including survival analysis, utility analysis, resource use, and adverse events). Early or HTA-ready economic modelling (including cost-effectiveness, cost-comparison and BIMs).

Literature Reviews

Targeted and HTA-grade systematic literature reviews, including clinical, economic modelling, health-related quality of life and cost and resource use. 

Strategic and Technical Advice

Strategic and/or technical input into submission dossiers, access strategy, global value dossiers, evidence generation plans or data gaps assessment. Strategic and/or technical quality check of economic models. Participation in advisory boards and mock health technology assessment (HTA) meetings.
